2. Nature of Estimates
By submitting a "Request a Quote" form, you acknowledge that any automated or verbal estimate provided is preliminary. A binding contract for structural carpentry or deck construction is only established after an in-person site visit, a full structural audit, and the signing of a physical or digital formal contract.
3. Material Price Fluctuations
Because we specialize in high-end materials (Composite, Cedar, and Pressure-Treated Lumber), quotes are subject to change based on market volatility. Written estimates provided after a site visit are typically valid for 14 days.
4. Bilingual Communication
JKH Construction INC provides services in both English and Polish (Mówimy po polsku). In the event of a discrepancy between translated marketing materials and a signed English-language construction contract, the signed contract shall be the governing document.
5. Intellectual Property
The portfolio images, including structural framing and completed deck projects displayed on this site, are the property of JKH Construction INC. You may not download or use these images to solicit bids from other contractors.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County.
